We invite your organization to consider the Oelklaus Conference Room for your next meeting.  For a donation you can have access to all the wonderful tools mentioned below.

Dedicated to the memory of BCI’s first workshop manager, Lovie Oelklaus, and her husband, Sales Manager, Wally Oelklaus, our conference room accommodates up to 40 people seated and is available during business hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  

The modern, fully integrated executive boardroom is equipped with state of the art AV tools, such as a conference series projection unit, and executive audio system. The conference room features a 72” SmartBoard, which integrates the simplicity of a whiteboard with the power of a computer to bring an interactive, flexible tool to your meetings. This technological centerpiece facilitates group collaboration by allowing meeting participants to display and annotate computer files, whether in a single-site meeting or data conference.

Usage of the room is offered in exchange for a donation to the BCI Foundation.  Coffee and water will be provided upon request
