BCI specializes in labor intensive solutions by maintaining a workforce of over 200 employees and utilizing special 'flex crews' to supplement that workforce. Our 102,500 square foot facility allows sufficient room to setup efficient production lines.
Making effective use of the labor designated to a project, we maintain a wide variety of powered conveyors, gravity feeds and job specific fixtures to ensure quality and efficiency.
Our well trained production staff backed by our ISO compliant quality system ensures the workforce is appropriately trained and that all completed product meets specifications.
BCI specializes in labor intensive projects such as:

In addition to these services offered to customers throughout the country, BCI offers special off-site work crews in St. Charles County, Missouri through our Community Based Employment Program. Work crews are provided with a supervisor that will direct the crew as per your instructions. We currently have work crews performing duties such as assembly line workers and janitorial services.
