ABC Group
The Advocates of Boone Center, otherwise known as the ABC Group, is comprised of a group of parents, guardians and friends of BCI employees. The group began in the early 1970s and is dedicated to supporting BCI and all of its employees.
The ABC Group hosts fun events for the employees every year (the May Day dance, the Halloween luncheon and the Christmas party) and supplies games, prizes, gifts, and other needed items to BCI. This group is a vital part of BCI and its mission to provide opportunities for adults with disabilities.
The ABC Group meets regularly to discuss employee concerns, how to improve BCI, and how to provide important social networking opportunities for employees and their families. There are no membership dues.
