What you’ll get to do:
Manage customer accounts Establish buying cycles with current customers, meet customer needs, and create a strong customer-supplier relationship
Increase sales in respective accounts
Manage customer logistics, production dates and delivery dates
What you’ll need:
An accredited bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
At least three (3) years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry
Strong computer skills in all Microsoft products and the ability to learn and adapt to new software
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Desire to learn and grow with a great organization
