Andrew's Hugs Hosts Haunted Trivia Night at BCI

BCI Packaging (BCI) is widely regarded as the gold-standard in safe and meaningful employment for adults with disabilities in Missouri. This weekend, BCI will open its St. Charles facility for a special event to kick-off the holiday season. On Saturday, October 29, BCI will provide space for a Haunted Trivia Night hosted by Andrew’s Hugs. The Haunted Trivia Night is a night with trivia, raffles, silent auctions, and prizes for best costume and best table theme.

“We are proud to open our doors for Andrew’s Hugs and provide a space for this wonderful event,” says Tony Spielberg, Chief Executive Officer for BCI. “Andrew’s Hugs is a phenomenal organization committed to supporting efforts for workers with disabilities, and we are honored they chose to have this event at our packaging headquarters.”

BCI is a third-party logistics provider that outsources logistical services to several national businesses. Its nonprofit organization, Boone Center, provides employment services to adults with disabilities from 18 years to 59 years of age. Over 300 adults with disabilities serviced by Boone Center are employed by BCI.

Andrew’s Hugs formed after the passing of Andrew Norton. Andrew worked at BCI for three years and was known as a social leader within the company. Andrew had Prader-Willi Syndrome, a chromosomal disorder that affected him both mentally and physically. Andrew had an extremely active social life, was a member of three churches, and gave the best bear hugs to friends and family. When he passed, over 1500 people attended Andrew’s visitation.

Andrew’s Hugs will present the Haunted Trivia Night on Saturday, October 29 starting at 7:00 p.m.
