Wing Ding Tickets On Sale March 20th: Discount Good Through March 27th
Tickets go on sale for the 21st annual BCI Wing Ding at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 20th at www.bciwingding.com. Guests can save $5 per ticket March 20-27th using the coupon code “springchicken”.
The Wing Ding will take place Thursday, June 20th from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Family Arena in St. Charles.
With last year’s event being an unexpected oversell, BCI has made changes for 2019.
“Everyone loves the wings,” said Tony Spielberg, BCI’s CEO, “but this year, we’re adding barbecue for more food and more variety. We’re also capping attendance at 2,500 for a better guest experience and adding more portable restrooms, which we know was an issue last year.”
In addition, BCI has converted to an online ticketing platform and changed the ticket structure.
For 2019, tickets are as follows:
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET, $35, includes all-you-can-eat wings and barbecue, two beer/soda tickets, and free parking.
WING SCHOLAR TICKET, $100, includes all-you-can-eat wings and barbecue, admission to the exclusive Sponsors’ Zone, unlimited beer and soda within the Sponsors’ Zone, and recognition as a special supporter of BCI’s new Skills Center.
RESERVED TABLE UPCHARGE, $120, includes a reserved 8-ft. table in the general admission area and eight chairs (does not include admission; general admission tickets must be purchased separately).
Additional beer tickets will be sold for $3 each at the event. As always, a valid ID is necessary to be served, and IDs will be checked at the gate.
The Wing Ding, the “biggest and best charity happy hour in town,” is historically held the third Thursday in June and is BCI’s largest fundraiser of the year. The event raises awareness and money for the organization and its efforts to provide and expand employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.
