4th Annual BCI St. Peters Open House is Monday, April 22
The community is invited to attend an Open House at Boone Center, Inc. (BCI) on Monday, April 22 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will take place at the BCI’s main facility located at 200 Trade Center Drive, St. Peters, 63376. Guests will enjoy a video introduction, production floor tour, product giveaways, and light refreshments.
“The open house is a great way for BCI employees to show their family and friends where they work,” said BCI CEO Tony Spielberg, “but it’s also an excellent opportunity for anyone to see BCI’s social and business missions in action and learn more about our Employment Continuum.”
Founded in 1959, BCI has been providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities for 60 years. Today, over 300 men and women are employed through BCI, either at the company’s two contract packaging facilities or through community employment programs. In January, the organization opened the Skills Center, a first-of-its-kind vocational training facility for people with disabilities. The first students of the center’s Salesforce program are expected to graduate and enter the workforce at the end of April.
A 501(c)3 nonprofit, BCI is a national advocate for employment and vocational training for people with disabilities.
You may register to attend the free open house at https://bcispringopenhouse.eventbrite.com. For questions or more information, please call Niki Lane at 636-875-5244.
