Vendor Booths Available at 21st Annual Wing Ding on June 20, 2019
BCI is seeking businesses for a vendor fair as part of the 2019 Wing Ding on Thursday, June 20 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the St. Charles Family Arena. The Wing Ding will have 2,500 ticketed guests.
Ten vendor booths sponsorships are available at a cost of $1,000 each. Sponsorship includes a 10’x10’ tent and 10’ banner, display table and chairs, two tickets for booth staff, and the opportunity to display products, marketing materials, and more. Vendors are encouraged to host some sort of game, raffle, or prize giveaway at their booth. However, the sale of physical products will not be permitted.
Known as “the biggest and best charity happy hour in town,” the Wing Ding is historically held the third Thursday in June and is BCI’s largest fundraiser. The event raises awareness and money to provide and expand employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities.
