Monique Bynum Joins BCI as Senior Director of Development

Monique Bynum has joined BCI as Senior Director of Development. In her role, Monique is responsible for engaging individual, corporate and foundation donors in support of BCI's innovative employment and vocational training programs for people with developmental disabilities.

As a mother of three children with disabilities, Monique's passion for special needs advocacy and inclusion is very personal.

She joins BCI from United Way of Greater St. Louis where she was Director of Donor Relations.

Outside of work, Monique's interests include travel, sports, and making the St. Louis region a better place. She serves as Communication Director for The BALSA Foundation, a volunteer-led consortium that promotes social equity by empowering first-time entrepreneurs.
