Boone Center, Inc. Adds Two New Board Members

Boone Center, Inc. (BCI)—a nonprofit that improves the lives of adults with disabilities through employment opportunities—recently named Facundo Oyenard and Timothy Wells to its board. Board members are eligible to serve two consecutive three-year terms.

Facundo Oyenard is the Global Commercial Customer Strategy and Sales Effectiveness Analyst for Bayer and has been with the company for 13 years in various finance and strategy roles. Oyenard is the current chair of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan St. Louis, as well as vice chair of Joe’s Place, a safe haven for homeless teenage boys in the Maplewood Richmond Heights School District.

Timothy Wells is the Director of Benefits at the Charles L. Crane Agency, an independent insurance brokerage in St. Louis. Wells has more than 15 years of corporate health benefits and wellness programs experience and has been an active member of the St. Louis Society of Human Resources Management, serving as a past president and in numerous vice president roles.

“The skill sets that Facundo and Timothy bring will be essential as we drive inclusion and diversity efforts in our community and advance our social mission,” said BCI CEO Ron Kloppenburg. “We look forward to all they will contribute to our organization.”
