Kristin Williams Joins BCI as Development Director

Kristin Williams has joined Boone Center, Inc. (BCI) as the Director of Development. Her responsibilities include engaging donors, grants, and special events in order to advance the organization’s mission of connecting people with disabilities to meaningful work.

“We are thrilled to have Kristin join our team,” said BCI CEO Troy Compardo. “She brings a wealth of experience and leadership in development and nonprofits. She also has a personal connection and passion for our mission. That, coupled with her deep ties in the community, are an exciting combination in support of our services to adults with disabilities.”

Prior to this position, Williams served as the Patient and Community Engagement Director at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters and Progress West Hospitals. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy from University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Masters of Business Administration from Webster University. She is a past participant of Vision Leadership of St. Charles County as well as a member of the Athena Leadership Foundation of St. Charles.
